Hey Troop,

                Communication about when and where our patrol meetings are hasn’t been very good.  Calling my patrol members about meetings works pretty well, but sometimes they’ll forget about it.  E-mails work well because they’re in writing, but sometimes my patrol members don’t pick up their e-mail for weeks at a time.

                Since we’ve had trouble with communication in the past, I’ve come up with an innovative way to get my patrol informed about patrol meetings.  Instead of calling or e-mailing them, I decided that I will distribute flyers to them.  These flyers will have all the information about the meetings on them.  If a member thinks they might forget about it, they can always hand their flyer to their parent.  I think this idea will work very well.
